Job Summary

Cortex Consultants is looking for DELIVERY HEAD

Notice: Immediate to 15days only

Exp: 12 years into recruitment / staffing

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:

Team & Delivery Management

Lead guide and manage a recruitment team of 30 members including Managers leads and recruiters.
Track and drive productivity quality of submissions interview ratios offers and joiners.
Allocate resources effectively across multiple accounts and hiring demands.
Support in closing niche skills senior-level and critical hiring requirements.
Conduct performance reviews training and capability enhancement initiatives.

Client Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
Understand hiring plans capability needs and project timelines.
Conduct regular review calls and feedback sessions.
Ensure recruitment delivery aligns with SLAs TAT compliance and quality standards.

Recruitment Strategy & Operations

Drive hiring strategies for requirements within Contract and Permanent models.
Coordinate with Sales/BD for onboarding new accounts and defining scope of work.
Implement process improvements dashboards reporting and analytics-driven tracking.
Maintain ATS usage documentation accuracy and MIS reporting.

Technology & Market Knowledge

Maintain strong understanding of IT skills tech stacks hiring trends and talent landscape.
Advise clients on skill availability salary benchmarks market competition and hiring challenges.
Support in solution for new delivery models such as onsite/offshore/remote setups.

Requirements:

12 18 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Staffing / Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience managing large delivery teams (minimum 20 50 members).
Experience in Contract Staffing (C2H) and Full-Time hiring.
Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of IT domains such as Development Cloud Data DevOps Infrastructure Security ERP etc.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication analytical and leadership capabilities.
