We are looking for a Channel Operations Manager to build optimize and execute our partner program operations across a multi-product cybersecurity portfolio. This role ensures seamless partner activation adoption and lifecycle management while driving operational excellence and strong collaboration across internal teams. Responsibilities Manage daily partner program operations including intake onboarding governance and deal registration workflows. Maintain accuracy across partner orders renewals and registrations. Align and document processes across Sales Channel Marketing Finance Product and Service Delivery. Identify and resolve blockers affecting partner delivery or satisfaction. Oversee PRM and CRM platforms configure multi-product workflows and support reporting and dashboards. Optimize the full partner lifecycle improving activation speed onboarding time health scoring retention and SLA compliance. Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting insights and performance analysis to improve program scalability. Requirements 4 years in channel operations channel account management or partner success in tech. Bachelors degree preferred. Experience working in multi-product or multi-business-unit environments. Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams partners and vendors. Familiarity with PRM tools HubSpot CRM reporting systems and deal registration workflows. Ability to produce reporting presentations and partner-facing communications. Cybersecurity or GRC experience is a plus.
