As our Engine Oils Product Manager youll be the strategic force behind our product portfoliodeveloping market-driven strategies building strong partnerships and ensuring long-term growth. Your work will influence mobility solutions worldwide and help us deliver products that improve lives.
What Youll Do
Own the Strategy: Define and execute product pricing and positioning strategies for the European Passenger Car Engine Oils additive portfolio.
Be the Expert: Become the go-to authority on market trends customer needs and competitive insights.
Collaborate Globally: Work with OEMs customers and cross-functional teams to shape product development and market penetration strategies.
Drive Growth: Implement data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and capture market share.
Lead the Lifecycle: Manage products from introduction to obsolescence ensuring commercial excellence every step of the way.
What Were Looking For
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Chemistry or Engineering (MBA preferred).
Experience: 5 years in Sales Marketing Technology Deployment or Product Managementideally in specialty chemicals or lubricants.
Skills:
