Step into a high-impact leadership role where strategy innovation and market growth come together. As a Practice Lead at Versent youll define the solutions we take to market shape how we engage with customers and lead a talented team in delivering complex long-term cloud transformations.

In this pivotal position youll set the vision for your practicewhat we sell who we sell to and how we win. Youll collaborate closely with Sales to craft compelling client-aligned solutions drive proactive go-to-market execution and achieve ambitious growth targets including ASV GP order intake.

Youll lead a high-performing group of architects and consultants ensuring the right expertise is aligned to the biggest opportunities. From launching new offerings to activating strategic partner initiatives youll take centre stage in bringing Versents most innovative solutions to market.

Working across sales delivery and partner ecosystems youll position your practice for relevance and scale with offerings that seamlessly integrate Build and Run (build-to-run) outcomes. Your success will be measured through profitable bookings exceptional solution quality partner-led pipeline growth campaign activation and a practice ready to scale.
