Job Summary
Note: This is a full time role onsite to Bangalore. We are looking for Immediate Joiners only.
Develop and execute test strategies test plans and detailed test cases for Workday HCM modules (Core HCM Recruiting Absence Time Tracking Talent & Performance Compensation Payroll etc.).
Perform functional regression integration UAT and end-to-end testing across Workday releases and enhancements.
Validate configuration changes business processes security roles integrations and reporting requirements.
Participate in requirement analysis sessions to understand functional specs and identify test scenarios.
Document defects clearly track them through resolution and collaborate with functional/technical teams for timely fixes.
Support Workday release testing including feature impact assessments and regression cycles.
