Job Title: Workday Functional Implementer
Location: Hyderabad Bangalore & Pune India ( 3 Days WFO Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Pay Range: 25-28 Lac
Mandatory Skills
5 years experience in Workday Core HCM & Security Ecosystem both Technical & from a Strategic standpoint.
Excellent Stakeholder-Vendor Management & Communication Skills with a proven track record.
Minimum 3-4 End to End Implementation Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and Managing from Pre Design to Hypercare Phases of the Implementation involving Estimation Driving Design Workshop Configuration Testing Deployment etc.
Core HCM & Security Environment Implementation and Optimization :Drive Workday Core HCM & Security ensuring successful implementation and alignment with client business requirements.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise to tailor to clients business scenarios and needs as well as help Internal team for any critical/complex issues
Stakeholder Management :Lead and handle the Discussions involving Internal External Stakeholder3rd Party Vendors Legacy Systems.
Integration: Partner with the integration team to brainstorm and execute effective ways to integrate third-party applications with Workday.
Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients identifying and pursuing enhancement opportunities for existing and new engagements.
Peer Review & Training: Conduct peer reviews manage train and groom junior consultants to build a high-performing team.
Should have experience in working on WD Release features. Should be able to drive Business Decisions and own the Process from Design to Hypercare.
