We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Principal Automation Test Engineer to
lead and drive our test automation strategy across complex systems with a primary focus on
our new business critical Integration platform. This role involves planning executing and
reporting on various testing activities including System Testing System Integration Testing
Regression Testing and Test Documentation. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader
with a deep understanding of automation frameworks test lifecycle management and quality
assurance best practices.

Job Summary:

reporting on various testing activities including System Testing System Integration Testing
Regression Testing and Test Documentation. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader
with a deep understanding of automation frameworks test lifecycle management and quality
assurance best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning & Strategy
Define and own the overall test strategy and automation roadmap.
Plan and coordinate test activities across multiple teams and projects.
Identify test scope test objectives and resource requirements.
Test Execution & Automation
Design develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for UI API and
integration testing.
Lead the execution of system integration and regression tests.
Ensure test coverage and traceability across all test phases.
Reporting & Documentation.
Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation including test plans
test cases and test reports.
Provide regular updates on test progress risks and issues to stakeholders.
Drive test sign-off activities and ensure quality gates are met.
Leadership & Collaboration.
Mentor and guide junior test automation engineers.
Collaborate with developers product managers and DevOps teams to
ensure quality of the delivery.
Advocate for continuous improvement in test processes and tools.
