Job Summary
- Ensure the safety talk in Daily PID Meeting.
- Audit the contractor activities and provide the work permit
- Daily inspection of the safety equipment.
- Identify the unsafe condition and unsafe act.
- PPE Adherence Monitor.
- Monitor the high Energies and ensure controls are in working condition.
- Audit and observation on the SIF exposure and control in place.
- Audit the firefighting system and ensure all are in working condition.
- Audit the High energy source and control implemented in the facility
- SFMEA and Aspect impact review in the medium Engine.
