Job Summary

About the Role:

Liebherr-Australia is seeking a Bill Of Materials Co-ordinator that will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of Bill of Materials associated with equipment maintenance kits used on Excavator and Truck products ensuring that the logic behind the program of supplying these kits to our customers supports demand and is sound and scalable.

Based at our Adelaide Head Office located in Para Hills West and reporting to the Inventory Manager you will work closely with our internal Supply Chain and Production teams to ensure that the BOMs for all maintenance kits are maintained effectively to ensure internal and External KPIs can be achieved.

With an immediate start you will be required to:

  • Manage and maintain master data associated with Kits in the ERP system develop and maintain documentation including Work Instructions Policies Procedures and Process Maps
  • Ensure BOM accuracy to improve inventory planning and forecasting while still reflecting the OEM strategy
  • Collaborate with Planning and Procurement and external stakeholders to optimise BOM structures and adjust for supply constraints
  • Provide reports and insights on Kit program logic and effectiveness support and train users on BOM management and reporting tools
  • Ensure compliance with QA and HSE policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements:

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • A Diploma in Supply Chain Management or relevant qualification
  • Strong knowledge of production and inventory management principles stock controls and production processes
  • The ability to interpret technical documentation drawings and schematics with a proficiency in ERP systems with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills with application of Power BI and reporting
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives and risk mitigation
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.

Applicants successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening process which includes drug and alcohol testing.
