Job Details
Location: Hybrid / Mobile
Package: Base:$75900 - $83000 (depending on experience) plus 12% superannuation.
Plus a generous travel allowance to keep you moving across your region.
This position reports to the National Programs Manager. Its based in Brisbane and includes travel to Melbourne once a month for meetings training and professional development.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
As our Area Coordinator you will:
- Mentor & Mobilise: Turn your OSHC teams into local superstars by empowering them to lead with confidence and fostering a shared commitment to enriching every childs experience.
- Champion Quality: Guide your services through Assessment & Rating with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
- The Community Connector: Act as the vital bridge for your region. By aligning the needs of School Principals and families with the expertise of our Head Office youll ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful integrated OSHC programs.
- Solve & Evolve: Use your can-do attitude to tackle challenges knowing you have a supportive family network behind you.
- Strategic Reporting: Transform data into insights by delivering monthly reports that showcase your regions growth celebrate team wins and identify new opportunities to elevate our service standards.
- Cultivating Excellence: Drive high performance across your sites by conducting regular educator appraisals.
What You Bring to the Family
- Leadership Spark: Proven experience managing people (ideally in Education or Child care).
- Master Connector: You speak every language of OSHC. Whether youre engaging with a curious child empowering an Educator or navigating a high-level meeting with school leadership you build trust and connection in minutes.
- The Credentials: ACECQA approved qualifications such as a Diploma or higher in Child Care Education or Community Services and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
- The Essentials: Valid Drivers Licence and your own car (car allowance is provided).
- A Commitment to Safety: Working with Children Check First Aid (HLTAID012) and Child Protection Training are required. Well help you get up to speed with these!
