Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Representative will drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across an assigned regional market. This senior individual contributor role owns the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closingwhile also cultivating long-term client relationships to ensure retention and expansion. Acting as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients the Regional Sales Representative plays a critical role in advancing EvidenceCares market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed annual new business sales quota
- Source engage and close new business opportunities independently
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure renewal and retention
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Manage the full sales process: prospecting qualification proposals negotiation and contracting
- Track analyze and report on sales performance and pipeline activity
- Provide customer and market insights to shape sales strategy and product direction
- Represent EvidenceCare at industry events conferences and client meetings
- Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and opportunities
- Generate new leads through cold outreach networking and social platforms
- Deliver compelling product and solution presentations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional client experiences and internal alignment
- Gather and report client feedback to guide strategic improvements
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field (preferred)
- 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quota
- Experience managing regional accounts and building executive-level relationships
- Strong negotiation presentation and analytical skills
- Self-motivated results-driven and comfortable working independently
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office
- Solid understanding of sales marketing and negotiation strategies
- Demonstrated ability to deliver persuasive presentations and communicate with clarity
