Maths ECT to join a supportive and enthusiastic Mathematics department
Our Client is seeking a Maths ECT to teach KS3 and KS4 within a welcoming and well-structured secondary school in Birmingham. The role includes delivering clear and engaging Maths lessons supporting whole-school numeracy initiatives and improving classroom practice through high-quality mentoring and developmental training.
School Information
This large 1118 school educates approximately 1600 students and secures strong progress outcomes across the curriculum. The Mathematics department benefits from well-sequenced curriculum maps shared assessments and a problem-solving approach designed to strengthen reasoning and mathematical confidence.
