A creative and community-focused secondary school in Shropshire is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher of Drama from January 2026.

The Role
You will teach Drama across KS3 and KS4 delivering practical and theory-based lessons that develop confidence collaboration and creativity. Youll work alongside experienced teachers who provide strong guidance and mentoring.
You will:
Plan and deliver engaging practical lessons
Develop behaviour management skills in performance spaces
Support school productions and enrichment activities
Reflect on practice with regular mentor feedback
