Job Summary
A popular primary school in Redbridge is seeking a committed Year 3 Teacher to start in January 2026. The Year 3 Teacher will deliver carefully planned lessons that secure progress in reading writing and mathematics run focused interventions and support whole-school initiatives. This Year 3 Teacher position in Redbridge includes collaborative planning time and access to professional development to help the Year 3 Teacher grow their practice. Induction and handover will be provided ahead of January 2026 so teaching begins smoothly in January 2026.

The Year 3 Teacher will use data to set targets lead small-group teaching and contribute to curriculum development across the Redbridge the Year 3 Teacher will be part of a friendly staff team and will be expected to engage with families and the local community.
Responsibilities
- Plan sequenced Year 3 lessons with clear learning objectives and effective differentiation.
- Run targeted group work to close gaps and to extend pupils demonstrating higher attainment.
- Collaborate with TAs and phase leads to ensure consistency and continuity across Year 3.
- Maintain thorough records contribute to moderation and report pupil progress to families.
- Support enrichment activities and whole-school events within Redbridge.
Person specification
- Qualified teacher with demonstrable KS2 experience and a track record in Year 3.
- Strong subject knowledge reliable behaviour-management and excellent organisational skills.
- Committed to working in the Redbridge community and available to begin January 2026.
