Job Summary

Join a fast-growing company in the semiconductor sector as a Key Account Sales Manager driving business development and expanding market presence across Germanyespecially in the high-tech region of Silicon Saxony.

Mission of the candidate

Business Development: Expand business activities primarily in Dresden Leipzig and Chemnitz.
Customer Engagement: Identify target and approach potential customers (End Users OEMs Facility Managements Sales Channels).
Networking & Market Presence: Actively participate in Silicon Saxony and build a strong local network.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement strategic sales initiatives to reach and exceed sales and order targets.
Reporting & Insights: Analyze market trends customer needs and performance metrics to adjust strategies and maximise growth.

Must-see points

Language Skills: Fluency in German & English (C1).
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Key Account Sales ideally in the semiconductor industry.
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field preferred.
Sales Excellence: Strong track record in sales growth contract negotiation and deal closing.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions.
