Position: Senior Branch Manager
Experience: *Min 5 years of Experience
Salary: 30000 - 40000 per month

Responsibilities
* In charge of the entire branch sales operations and administration
* Responsible for revenue generation and profitability of the branch.
* Ensure branch achieve the targets motivate and guide the team.
* New to branch customer acquisition building theAsset under management of the branch driving sales of debentures insurance tour and travelproducts.
* Key custodian ensure quality clients are onboarded control NPAs.
* Conduct marketing and GTM activities along with team to garner market share.
* Market scoping understand the trends in the market and act accordingly
