Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and client objectives.
- Identify shortlist and onboard influencers based on niche relevance audience demographics and engagement metrics.
- Manage end-to-end influencer coordination outreach follow-ups negotiations and day-to-day communication.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with influencers to enable repeat collaborations.
- Draft and personalise influencer outreach messages for each campaign.
- Negotiate deliverables timelines and commercials within defined budgets.
- Maintain and update the Influencer Management Sheet / Database with accurate and complete data.
- Track influencer content delivery across formats (posts reels stories videos) and ensure timely publishing.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content accounts performance) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing performance reports and insights.
Requirements

- Strong interest in influencer marketing and creator ecosystems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proactive execution-focused and deadline-driven.
Required Candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 13 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Familiarity with Instagram YouTube and influencer discovery tools.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Experience with paid and barter collaborations preferred.
