The People Services & Systems Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient HR operations maintaining accurate employee data and supporting HRIS/technology implementation projects. This role strengthens the employee experience through reliable service delivery and improved system functionality.
Requirements
People Operations (HR Services)
- Execute end-to-end HR operations including onboarding offboarding employee data management and HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS while ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
- Support payroll preparation by validating employee data and attendance records.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare HR letters reports and dashboards as needed.
HR Systems & Technology Implementation
- Support implementation adoption and optimization of HR technology tools (HRIS ATS performance systems etc.).
- Collaborate with People & Culture and IT teams for system testing troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Provide user support guidance and training to improve system utilization.
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits and system monitoring.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Assist in documenting and improving HR operational processes.
- Ensure HR operations comply with organizational policies labor laws and data privacy standards.
- Participate in automation digitization and employee experience enhancement initiatives.

- Accuracy and timeliness of HR transactions
- HRIS data integrity and audit performance
- Issue resolution turnaround time
