Job Summary

Orange Tree Systems is hiring an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to support our US healthcare operations. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end medical billing including claims submission payment posting denial management and insurance follow-ups ensuring timely and accurate reimbursements.

Medical billing plays a key role in processing and managing claim submissions and following up on unpaid claims to ensure providers receive timely payment

Location: Quaid E Azam industrial estate 28 M road Alliant collage

Timings : 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Urgent Hiring

Required Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in US Medical Billing (required)
Strong knowledge of claims submission and insurance follow-ups
Experience handling denials rejections resubmissions and appeals
Familiarity with EOB/ERA and payment posting
Good understanding of medical billing concepts including RCM workflow
Excellent communication skills for payer interaction
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

Knowledge of ICD-10 CPT HCPCS (basic understanding required)
Experience in AR calling/follow-up and aging reports
Prior experience working with US healthcare billing systems / EHR platforms
Ability to identify trends in denials and reduce rejection rate
