The role shall serve as a contact point for our customers for matters respecting Contractual Services Agreements and shall be dedicated for sites during normal office hours and provide full support during emergencies.
The role is also accountable for a portfolio with customers from MMP portfolio. Responsible for the financial performance overall growth and capability-building for the transactional business in Pakistan. Sound track record with management of customers with MYA and MMP type contracts.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Own profit and loss responsibility (i.e. orders sales margin cash) for the Gas Power Services business including parts repairs and field services for the CSA and MMP ccustomers in your portfolio.
All contract performance related activities typically tied to Customer sites. Perform in the role as the interface between customers and the project team managing the transfer of information and requests.
Assure timely resolution of issues and keep customers advised of the progress of the project and negotiate changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising.
Responsible for adherence to contracts service operations and performance specifications as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contracts.
Perform proposal negotiation and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts with minimal supervision.
Coordinate with customers concerning Contractors services under CSA and MMP Agreements.
Coordinate with customers when planning and performing its obligations in accordance with the Agreement including the Covered Maintenance Repair of Collateral Damage Additional Required Maintenance and Extra Work.
Monitor and co-ordinate the execution of GEs obligations under CSA and MMP Agreements.
Schedule and attend annual maintenance planning meetings with customers.
Monitor and co-ordinate the execution of GEs obligations under the Warranty provisions under CSA and MMP Agreements.
Provide accurate & timely billing as per the conditions under CSA and MMP Agreements.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding proposals CM&Us (Conversion Modifications & Uprates) or any other additional Required Maintenance and Extra Work etc. and consequently where applicable monitor and co-ordinate the execution of Additional Required Maintenance and Extra Work as per the conditions under CSA and MMP Agreements.
Drive EHS and Quality culture with a SAFETY first always mindset.
Team with Sales to develop the long-term growth strategy for your customers and drive Inquiry to Order (ITO) deal development long term strategic partnerships and deal closure.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering field from an accredited university.
At least 5 years of experience in operational P&L technical and/or field services / Sales role in GE Vernova Gas Power industry at a senior position.
At least 15 years of experience in a technical and / or field services role in Power Generation Industry.
Strong customer service orientation and extensive customer interface experience.
Strong verbal and written skills in English.
Desired Characteristics:
Strong leadership and influencing skills.
Operating knowledge of EHS regulatory requirements & GEs EHS processes.
Excellent interpersonal & leadership capabilities (training / presentation and communication).
Demonstrated ability to lead process change and manage multiple responsibilities to meet objectives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
