Job Summary

This is a remote position.

***This position is only for candidates based in Mexico***

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to guide our development teams in applying Agile methodologies effectively. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and high performance while ensuring the team delivers high-quality increments of work that meet business goals.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Sprint Review and Retrospectives.

Remove impediments that block the teams progress and escalate issues when necessary.

Coach team members Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices.

Ensure the team follows defined processes improves velocity and maintains a predictable delivery cadence.

Protect the team from external disruptions to maintain focus during the sprint.

Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement ensuring stories are well defined and prioritized.

Track and communicate sprint progress using metrics such as burn-down charts velocity and team capacity.

Promote collaboration across cross-functional teams and facilitate clear transparent communication.

Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives for both team performance and workflow efficiency.

Foster a healthy positive team environment where trust accountability and autonomy are core values.

Requirements

3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban) and Lean principles.

Experience working with Agile project management tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps Trello).

Excellent communication facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to serve as a servant leader and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM or equivalent) is preferred.

Experience working with distributed teams is a plus.

Advanced English Level

Required Skills:
