DNACRLCBI Informatica MDM Developer CON Mexico

• Develop and configure data models entities and relationships within Informatica MDM Hub.
• Build and maintain ETL workflows to integrate data from multiple sources into the MDM system.
• Implement data validation cleansing and standardization rules to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Configure match/merge rules survivorship logic and workflows for data stewardship.
• Monitor and optimize MDM processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Work closely with business analysts data stewards and other teams to gather requirements and provide technical support.
• Ensure proper role-based access control and compliance with data governance policies.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to MDM processes integrations and data quality.

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of IT experience including Informatica MDM (Hub IDD Services Integration Framework).
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with AWS cloud services such as S3 EC2 RDS Lambda and IAM.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and relational databases.
• Proficiency in ETL development and integration using Informatica tools.
• Integrating data across AWS based architectures

• Knowledge of data quality governance and stewardship principles.
• Familiarity with match/merge rules survivorship logic and workflow configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize MDM processes for performance and scalability.
• Strong understanding of API integration and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage complex requirements.
• Flexible to work during CST/EST time zones and meet for hand-over activities to India team if needed.
• Self-motivated proactive and a strong team player.
