Job Summary

Communicating with customers by mails and calls.
Understanding and comprehend customer needs queries and requirements and respond accordingly.
Experience in working in CRM.
Prepare Quotation in CRM.
Maintain files and Documentation.
Follow up with customer for payment.
Ensure timely Respond and Update to customer.
Updating Maintaining & Tracking the payment status of the invoices.
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Accountable to perform tasks on- time and with accuracy.
Strong team players with the ability to work independently and in a team should be able to compare client requirement.
A strong working knowledge and experience of the online media and digital business side involves a comprehensive skill set spanning strategy implementation analysis and management across various digital platforms
