Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Associate who will play a dual role in lead nurturing and customer relationship management. You will be the voice of the brand guiding potential buyers through their purchase journey resolving queries and delivering a smooth and delightful experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Nurturing
Interact with inbound leads across WhatsApp calls email and social media.
Understand customer expectations use-cases and pain points; provide the right product information.
Build trust by offering personalised demos comparisons and feature explanations.
Follow up with warm leads consistently (without being pushy) to support decision-making.
Customer Experience & Support
Assist customers pre-purchase and post-purchase installation onboarding usage queries etc.
Track open customer tickets and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with internal teams.
Maintain accurate customer and lead logs in CRM tools.
Insights & Collaboration
Contribute ideas to improve sales scripts help docs and customer communication.
Requirements

01 years of experience in Customer Support Inside Sales or Relationship Management.
Excellent communication skills friendly crisp and reassuring.
Naturally empathetic with strong problem-solving instincts.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning smart consumer devices.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining logs.
