Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts within the assigned territory
Achieve and exceed territory-level sales targets through direct engagement with healthcare clients
Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare institutions
Lead and execute sales and marketing initiatives ensuring timely submission of territory performance reports
Monitor and analyze volume and pricing trends to inform strategic planning and forecasting
Champion safety awareness and compliance initiatives in collaboration with state government officials
Ensure efficient and timely collection of receivables
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational execution
Requirements

28 years of proven experience in direct sales (channel sales experience not considered)
Graduate with a degree in Science or Engineering
Excellent communication skills with fluency in the local language
Prior experience in healthcare medical gases pharmaceuticals or industrial sales is highly preferred
