Position Summary
The University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine is actively recruiting a Program Director for the Advanced Education Program in Orthodontics at the rank of Clinical Assistant Clinical Associate or Clinical Professor available immediately. Position responsibilities include: Program administration Didactic and clinical teaching to post-graduate residents and predoctoral students Development of scholarly activities The successful candidate may participate in the faculty practice. The Department of Orthodontics provides training for orthodontic residents and dental students. Our department offers a full range of orthodontic services including interceptive comprehensive and multidisciplinary orthodontic care tailored to patients of all age groups. Minimum Qualifications
DDS DMD or equivalent degree Graduate of a CODA accredited advanced education program in orthodontics. Board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics 2 years of experience teaching post-graduate residents and a record of scholarly activity

Preferred Qualifications
Eligible for licensure in New York State MS or PhD Prior leadership in post-graduate programs such as course director or lecturer for predoctoral and postdoctoral students Participation in national and international professional and scientific organizations Excellent communication and organizational skills
