Job Summary

A&S Party Rentals is seeking a responsible and organized Logistics Coordinator for a behind-the-desk role managing logistics for large events. This position runs from 9:00 AM6:00 PM with occasional late hours during busy seasons. The first six months will be dedicated to comprehensive training before transitioning into an independent coordinator role.

Responsibilities Include:

Handling client calls and gathering event details
Scheduling deliveries and pickups
Coordinating with warehouse staff and drivers
Managing inventory and logistics timelines
Communicating with internal teams
Managing last-minute changes and problem-solving under pressure

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Salary: $75k - $85k/Year
