Responsibilities
Drive new business through outbound prospecting inside sales networking and high-volume cold calling as part of a structured sales strategy
Manage and expand relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share and long-term revenue
Onboard and develop new customer accounts ensuring consistent growth and retention
Collaborate closely with internal operations and functional teams to deliver tailored transportation solutions
Build and execute sales strategies by analyzing market dataidentifyingopportunities and documenting sales processes
Respond to prospect and customer inquiries including preparing RFQs and RFPs with competitive pricing and solutions
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to prospective clients
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of freight brokerage orlogisticssales experience
Proventrack recordof closing new transportation business
Existing orimmediatelybuildable book of business
Strong negotiation skills and hunter mentality
No non-compete or non-solicitrestrictions
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling FTL LTLexpedited or air freight
Experience in independent agent or Landstar environments
Strong RFQ and RFP experience
Ability tooperateindependently in a remote role
