Job Summary

International Recovery Systems is seeking an experienced Fleet and Safety Coordinator to support and strengthen our multi-market fleet operations safety initiatives and DOT compliance program. This is a hands-on high-ownership role responsible for maintaining fleet systems supporting driver safety and training documentation and ensuring our vehicles and drivers remain compliant documented and operationally ready.

This position serves as a central point of coordination between HR field leadership safety partners and vendors. Youll work across multiple fleet and telematics platforms and will have real influence in improving processes closing compliance gaps and bringing structure to fleet operations as the company continues to grow.

Required Skills:

Maintain accurate audit-ready fleet records across all systems including vehicle assignments mileage inspections and compliance documentation
Oversee vehicle maintenance workflows including tracking repairs reviewing maintenance invoices and ensuring documentation accuracy
Monitor fleet and driver safety indicators system alerts and telematics data to support proactive safety and compliance efforts
Support driver training and safety programs ensuring required documentation and records are current and complete
Track DOT-related requirements such as driver qualification files medical cards inspections and renewal intervals
Coordinate vehicle onboarding and offboarding including equipment installation transfers and documentation
Manage fleet-related inventory such as cameras keys parts and safety equipment across multiple locations
Partner with field managers vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve fleet maintenance or compliance issues
Prepare reports and documentation for leadership audits and compliance reviews
Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements to fleet safety or compliance workflows
