Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for effective execution of Agents Contracting compensation and benefits operations and personal data processing

  • Assist in meeting regulatory and compliance needs

  • Assist in implementing administration policies and the formulation of C&B procedures

  • support on Ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management

  • handle general correspondence and agent enquiries

Required Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Education

  • Over2 years relevant experience in insurance industry

  • Mature responsible and patience

  • Organized and attentive to details

  • Concern for order and quality

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • PC skill in MS Office including WordExcel and PowerPoint
