New Product Senior Officer (ESG)

The job incumbent is responsible for the technical and new product marketing activities related to one or more Business Product in his/her area of responsibility (including Environment/Carbon/Risk management/Financial/Sustainability/ESG project). ** He/she performs the job in the framework of the BV HSE Management Processes BV Quality Assurance System; the BV Code of Ethics and appropriate Group Policies.

Job Responsibility

In charge of the whole new product development process and accountable for annual product related project management/revenue

Ensure compliance of BV China Operations with the product accreditation and related rules and contribute to the management of international accreditations

Assist in the development of the marketing and sales strategy for related product

Collaborate with business units and other functional units to do product marketing and business development work

Actively participate in the sharing of knowledge and information (Knowledge management)

Develop and maintain team competence and related qualifications

Ensure a continuous contact and information exchange with internal and external interfaces

Coordinate with sales and operation team to implement the product related service such as training auditing and inspection.

Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. QHSE etc.) ensure the performance aligned with management system.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level in technical disciplines relevant to the business;

At least 3-5 yearsresearch/audit experience in related field (Green product Risk management Financial LCA Social accountability Sustainability ESG)working experience in Big fourSupplier management/data analysis preferred.

Strong and comprehensive technical skills on report writing

Recognized within his/her field of technical knowledge/specialization

Excellent communication skills and business awareness

High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit

Good presentation skills

Good team management skills

Excellent English writing and local language skills
