What youll do
- Manage and enhance the NutriOpt and digital nutrition product portfolio focusing on formulation animal modeling and sustainability.
- Develop and execute digital product strategies and annual brand plans coordinating with sales technical and cross-functional teams.
- Lead digital communication and brand awareness initiatives across multiple channels including social media intranet and commercial presentations.
- Plan and implement new product launches from roadmap planning to internal training and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align product development and market strategies.
Who were looking for
Were looking for someone who is responsible accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone with a strong affinity for digitalization and data-driven approaches and the creativity to develop customer-focused solutions.
You will also need
- Bachelors degree or above in Marketing Business Animal Nutrition or a related field
- 35 years of experience in B2B product management marketing or digital communications
- Solid understanding of animal nutrition and product management principles
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
- Proficiency in digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Power BI Adobe)
- Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus
