Job Summary
Property Manager
The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations maintenance and administration of residential and commercial properties. This role involves ensuring that all properties are well-maintained financially stable and compliant with relevant regulations while delivering high-quality service to tenants and property owners. The Property Manager will interpret property requirements coordinates with maintenance teams and service providers and ensures accurate documentation for all property-related activities.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties.
Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Handle tenant inquiries lease negotiations and renewals.
Coordinate property maintenance repairs and improvements.
Monitor and manage property budgets including rent collection and cost control.
Prepare and review property-related documents including contracts reports and lease agreements.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
Maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide regular updates to senior management regarding property performance and any issues.
Candidate Profile:
A degree or equivalent qualification in Property Management Real Estate or a related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in property management preferably with exposure to both residential and commercial properties.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
In-depth knowledge of property management software and tools.
Good understanding of legal requirements related to property management.
Ability to manage budgeting leasing maintenance and tenant relationships.
Proficiency in resolving disputes and ensuring client satisfaction.
