Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director Event Sales to develop sales strategies goals and objectives.
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients including corporate clients event planners and organizations.
- Respond to inquiries conduct site visits and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling networking referrals and digital marketing efforts.
- Close sales and secure event bookings meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and
- Providing support to the events team and the Director of Events.
- Liaising in relation with other departments about customer/client needs or requirements.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management or Marketing from a recognized university.
- CIM or any other professional qualification in Marketing
- Progressive experience of 2 to 3 years in Sales & Marketing management position with a five-star hotel preferably two years at a similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage employees at all levels of the organization.
