EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements
- Experience supporting children in Early Years (Nursery or Reception)
- Background working with children with special educational needs particularly speech and language needs ASD or developmental delays
- A genuine passion for childrens learning and development
- Patient empathetic resilient and positive in approach
- Able to build trusting supportive relationships with pupils colleagues and parents
- Committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for all learners
