Tasks

As an Entrepreneurial Leadership Consultant your work is centered around high-quality human-focused conversations with experienced professionals navigating change or career transition.

You will:

• Lead meaningful 1:1 conversations that create clarity and direction
• Listen beyond the surface and identify who is genuinely ready for transformation
• Support grounded confident decision-making with zero pressure or selling
• Assess candidates for readiness and alignment with our Life-Design programs
• Build authentic trust-based client relationships
• Apply our proven framework while bringing your own leadership experience
• Participate in ongoing mentoring self-improvement and leadership development
• Work flexibly remotely and independently

Requirements

Youll thrive in this role if you bring:

• At least 5 years of leadership coaching consulting or client-facing experience
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• The ability to build trust quickly and speak with people on a human level
• A self-aware reflective grounded personality
• Genuine interest in personal development and leadership growth
• The capacity to work independently set your own rhythm and stay accountable
• Tech confidence (training provided)
• Fluent English communication
