Job Summary

Senior Salesforce Solution Lead with NV1 clearance-Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra/Perth/Adelaide

Minimum 5 years experience in a senior or lead role delivering enterprise-level Salesforce projects.
Specialist Salesforce technical skills including:
- Deep expertise in Apex LWC Aura and front-end technologies (JavaScript/HTML/CSS).
- Strong proficiency in declarative configuration (Flows Permission Sets Security Models).
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud ideally Public Sector Cloud.
- Demonstrated capability in Salesforce solution design including creating solution diagrams technical documentation and architecture-aligned designs.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving development configuration and deployment issues.
- Demonstrated experience managing releases through Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare persuasive evidence-based recommendations for senior decision-makers.
Current NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory).
Experience designing and delivering portal and console interfaces using Lightning and Omnistudio.
Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines specifically for Salesforce workloads.
