Job Summary

We are hiring aPart-time Candidate Sourcerto handle candidate sourcing screening admin.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates via LinkedIn Apollo ContactOut and other platforms
Review LinkedIn profiles resumes manage scheduling and handle email communication
Reach out to candidates via LinkedIn email calls

Requirements:
âœ Proven experience in recruiting / sourcing
âœ Fluent English & strong communication skills
âœ Attention to details
âœ Must have a strong professionalLinkedIn profile
âœ Able to cold call candidates confidently
âœ Detail-oriented proactive and accountable
âœ Part-time availability (occasional weekends)

Contract Part-time Position (5 hours per day - 5 days per week) Remote Test required before interview

Compensation: $250/month (additionalmonthly bonus if you hit the targets)
