About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team by driving outbound outreach and lead generation efforts. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships initiating conversations and contributing directly to business growth. You will work closely with a collaborative and supportive team that values clear communication ownership and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Outreach
Execute outbound sales activities to engage prospective clients through email LinkedIn and other approved channels
Initiate meaningful conversations with potential leads to understand their needs and assess fit
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings or handoffs to the sales team
Maintain consistent outreach activity while meeting or exceeding individual performance targets
Lead Generation
Research and identify potential leads aligned with the companys ideal customer profile
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects to support ongoing sales efforts
Use data and insights to refine targeting and improve lead quality over time
Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach
Create and send personalized cold email campaigns to generate interest and responses
Conduct LinkedIn outreach including connection requests and follow-up messages
Track response rates and optimize messaging based on performance and feedback
CRM Management and Follow-Up
Accurately log all activities conversations and lead information in the CRM
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement and move opportunities forward
Ensure data accuracy and consistency to support reporting and sales forecasting
Requirements
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales development lead generation or outbound sales is preferred
Strong written communication skills particularly for cold email and LinkedIn outreach
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to manage outreach and follow-ups
Highly organized self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
Willingness to learn take feedback and continuously improve outreach strategies
