Job Summary
Position: Senior Associate Finance / Lead Finance (FP&A) Function: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Location: Pune Maharashtra India Reports To: Associate Director Finance
Role Summary: To support and lead financial planning analysis and reporting activities that enable datadriven decision-making across the organization. The role involves collecting analyzing and interpreting financial data preparing forecasts and budgets supporting audits and collaborating with stakeholders to drive financial performance
Key responsibilities:
Data Management & Analysis o Collect organize and analyze financial data from accounting systems ERP software and other databases. o Ensure accuracy consistency and integrity of financial information.
Forecasting & Budgeting o Assist in preparation of financial forecasts annual budgets and financial modeling exercises. o Support scenario analysis and variance reporting.
Collaboration & Reporting o Work closely with finance teams cross-function teams and department heads to understand reporting needs. o Deliver timely and accurate financial reports (Monthly P&L BU/POD wise P&L Other KPIs etc.) and insights. o Participate in meetings and discussions to support financial decision-making
Audit Support o Provide accurate financial data reports and documentation to support internal and external audits.
Qualifications & Skills o Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field o Professional certification (CA CPA CFA MBA Finance) preferred o 36 years of FP&A / corporate finance experience
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Competencies o Attention to detail with strong analytical mindset o Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities o Business acumen and commercial awareness o Collaboration and teamwork
Required Skills:
7 years of experience in data architecture database design and cloud-based data solutions. Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2019 (T-SQL) and NoSQL databases. Experience with ETL data integration and API-based data exchanges. Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure) for data infrastructure. Strong proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques. Experience designing and implementing secure compliant data solutions. Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments with a strong understanding of iterative development.
