Location: Lower Parel Mumbai
CTC: Up to 25 LPA
Experience: Minimum 8 Years

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Data Analyst Lead to drive advanced data analytics initiatives lead a team of analysts and work closely with business stakeholders. The role requires strong handson expertise in big data technologies analytics frameworks and the ability to translate business requirements into datadriven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts ensuring high performance and delivery quality
Design develop and maintain largescale data analytics solutions
Work extensively on data processing using Hadoop ecosystem tools
Write complex SQL queries and optimize data retrieval for analytics use cases
Build and manage data pipelines using Spark and ETL tools
Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy consistency and governance standards
Support analytics initiatives in banking and financial services domain
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
Strong proficiency in Python and/or Scala
Good understanding of Hadoop architecture
Handson experience with Impala Hive Sqoop Spark and ETL tools
Strong SQL writing and optimization skills
Good to Have
Banking or Financial Services domain experience
Handson exposure to Data Streaming technologies
Certifications related to Hadoop / Big Data technologies
Candidate Profile
Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Analytics / Big Data roles
Mandatory team handling experience
Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills
Ability to interact directly with business stakeholders
Selfdriven collaborative and capable of working independently
