Job Summary

Area Service Manager KONE

Were looking for a driven and people-focused Area Service Manager to lead our service this role youll manage a team of Service Engineers ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality maintenance performance across your area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead coach and support a team of Service Engineers

  • Build strong relationships with customers and key partners

  • Drive service quality safety and operational performance

  • Oversee route planning resource allocation and job prioritisation

  • Manage financial performance KPIs and customer contracts

What Were Looking For

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building

  • Background in service operations (lifts/escalators ideal)

  • Customer-focused organised and results-driven
