As our Partnerships & Community Manager youll drive one of the most strategically important growth channels at Genie AI. You will establish nurture and scale high-impact partnerships across universities industry bodies accelerators and global distributors. Youll also build and activate communities within our user base; a critical feedback engine that influences product brand and revenue.

Some of our team members work across multiple pods. Our structure was conceived with impact autonomy and velocity in mind and wed love to share more with you throughout our interview process. This is a growth role; weve validated that partnerships will be a powerful lever for revenue product insight and brand credibility but no-one currently owns this area. Now that were scaling rapidly were ready for someone exceptional to build this function from the ground up.
This is what youll be doing
As our Partnerships & Community Manager youll build and scale a brand-new function at Genie shaping how we engage with organisations industries and users across the world. Your work will blend strategy relationship-building community development and on-the-ground execution. Youll be trusted with high autonomy and clear outcomes:
Build and drive our partnerships strategy: Design and implement Genies end-to-end partnership strategy across universities industry bodies accelerators innovation hubs and international distributors. Identify the partnerships that will create the highest value for Genie - from brand amplification to product insight to revenue impact
Grow our affiliate and referral ecosystem: Own and scale our affiliate programmes for our Pro Plan customers and referral channels. Drive high-volume high-quality signups through compelling propositions strong relationship management and performance tracking
Develop enterprise and market-expansion partnerships: Build distributor-based partnerships in key global markets to support adoption. Form strategic relationships with business groups trade associations chambers of commerce and other influential networks
Build and activate user communities: Create nurture and moderate user communities across Slack Reddit and Discord. Design curated groups for different customer segments to unlock insights foster collaboration and elevate customer loyalty. Spark engagement through thoughtful moderation content discussions and helpful resources energising and protecting the community
Manage and deepen active partnerships: Take ownership of existing relationships and progress them through co-marketing sponsorships shared initiatives and MOUs. Ensure every partnership has momentum clarity and measurable value for Genie
Lead outreach and relationship development: Build targeted prospect lists and craft compelling messaging tailored to each segment. Drive outreach through a multi-channel approach (LinkedIn email events phone warm networks). Nurture relationships from first contact to formal collaboration
Lead key Genie events as the Project Lead: Owning the strategy vision and outcomes for each event while receiving strong support from the team on logistics organisation and execution
Support thought leadership & external visibility: Partner with senior leaders who can act as the face of strategic announcements or joint initiatives. Orchestrate moments that elevate Genies profile and reinforce our position within the ecosystem

Running a clear partnerships strategy with prioritised target segments
Driving a measurable stream of revenue through affiliates and partnerships
Successfully establishing at 5-10 high-quality partnerships with universities industry bodies or distributors
Well continually develop and measure success on the below criteria:
Revenue generated directly from partnerships
Strength and credibility of Genies brand through strategic collaborations
Product insights data or opportunities unlocked via partnership ecosystems
