Job Summary
Bosch Sensortec GmbH develops and markets key technologies in consumer electronics micro-electro-mechanical sensors (MEMS) solutions and systems for smartphone applications tablets video game consoles wearables and the Internet of things. The sensors enable devices to recognize their surroundings and to transmit the data collected.

Your day to day tasks and responsibilities include:
1) Technical lead for BST/LOP3-AP in Taiwan
2) Responsible for Production Planning Order Management & Order Fulfilment for ASIC WLT w/ OSAT (incl. KPIs DP/DR w/ suppliers)
3) Business Process owner for ASIC Wafer Level Test operations and related B2B processes in Logistics
4) Local supplier interface from BST Operations Management in Taiwan & 1st Escalation level for supply/delivery issues
5) Operative interface for Transportation Forwarder Mgmt in Asia Pacific
6) Logistics lead for New Supplier Onboardings Wafer Level Test
7) Coordination of cross-functional operational issue resolution with OSAT Logistics (GER) Quality (CN) Manufacturing Technology (CN) and Purchasing (TW)
Qualifications :
Professional & educational requirements
1) Masters (minimum Bachelor) of business administration business engineering or comparable ideally with focus Supply Chain Management
2) Over 10 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management within an international business environment including roles requiring direct engagement with external suppliers and at least 2 years in leadership roles
3) Experience across multiple functions within Logistics and/or Manufacturing Coordination. Strong knowledge of supply chain procurement as well as manufacturing processes preferably for frontend Wafer Level Testing

5) Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both Mandarin and English
6) Results-oriented with a strong business mindset and solid analytical capabilities
7) Independent style of working proactive in creating ideas and solutions particularly in process optimization data analysis and reporting
8) Solid proficiency in MS Office especially advanced Excel skills
9) Experienced in working with ERP and/or MES systems
10) Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region (<10%)
Desirable skills
1) Experience with advanced planning systems such as Blue Yonder ESP and e2MV; knowledge of e2open is a strong plus
2) Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to successful implementation
