Position: Senior Specialist HRM

What You Will Do:
Daily Operation: New hire and exit process HR Audit WD maintenance RSU user guide cost center management reporting payroll offline data local government request support employment contracting visa and mobility support and residential support outsourced service monitor emergency management other ad-hoc request in need.
L&D: New hire onboarding employee engagement activities language trainings workshops company wide meeting support
HR Compliance/Process/Projects: Policy and process review and update benefit review HR budgeting HR compliance etc.
Partner with other Process COE People Systems and other People teams to identify and execute on continuous improvement initiatives to improve cost quality and/or throughput metrics.
Serve as escalation point for issues and requests related to people process.
Engage in knowledge management and change management activities for projects and change requests.
Lead root cause analysis and problem solving for any issues arising.
Oversee HR process improvement projects to improve operational efficiency.
Benchmark market best practices and introduce new systems/solutions where applicable.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
5 years HR experience
Effective communication English skill
Team player with company-wide perspective
Ability to solve HR process related issues digging down to the details
Ability to lead multiple HR projects with ruthless prioritization
