We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Analyst to support a major digital procurement uplift program across a large and complex health environment. This role will play a key part in enabling change across both urban and regional operations focusing on driving adoption readiness and capability uplift for new procurement and contract management practices.
You will support two significant transformation streams involving the rollout of a new services procurement module within S/4HANA and the migration from existing contract management tools to an enhanced platform. These changes impact thousands of users and require strong structured change support to ensure successful implementation and behaviour adoption.
You will be responsible for conducting change impact assessments across varied stakeholder groupsincluding rural and regional locationsand translating insights into clear strategies and supporting materials. You will contribute to the development and execution of communication and engagement activities ensuring stakeholders understand upcoming changes and how they will be affected. A key part of the role will be supporting training needs analysis shaping training plans and assisting with training delivery to help uplift capability across the organisation.
You will work closely with project teams business representatives and end users to ensure readiness for go-live and beyond. This involves supporting readiness assessments stakeholder mapping and adoption tracking activities. You will also coordinate change artefacts maintain documentation and ensure all change activities are integrated and aligned with overall project objectives.
Qualifications :
Experience as a Change Officer/Change Analyst on large-scale digital or ERP-related transformation programs
Strong capability in impact analysis stakeholder engagement communications and training support
Ability to work with diverse user groups across metro regional and rural settings
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or procurement transformation will be highly regarded
Ability to work in a fast-paced complex environment with multiple concurrent workstreams
Additional Information :
Corporate Services Division require an Change Officer service to support the project to assist with the adoption of the services module in S/4HANA across all in-scope Hospital and Health Services with a particular focus on the change impact analysis and training for the rural and regional HHS for both LSP and CMS.
