About the opportunity
The Change Analyst will play an integral role within the Enterprise Change Management Practice (ECMP) which is a key enabler of WorkSafes strategic objectives. The ECMPs role is to prepare equip and support individuals to successfully adopt changes that contribute to achieving WorkSafes strategic objectives.
The Change Analyst role is responsible for conducting change analysis and helping to develop and implement effective change plans and change reporting to maximise adoption and minimise resistance to strategic and operational change initiatives.
This position supports the delivery of up to five projects concurrently including technology and digital based addition it may also take the lead to deliver small lower risk projects with the guidance and support of Senior/Change Managers.

About you
You will have a strong background within change analysis with the ability to work across a number of projects concurrently when required.
You will be skilled and comfortable working across fast paced ambiguous and complex projects and passionate about delivering outcomes for your key stakeholders.
Your strengths will include your verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence the thinking and actions of others and to facilitate diverse groups.
