Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As the Team Manager SWM Advisory Admin you will lead a team of administrators to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and service delivery within Sustainable Wealth Management. Youll provide guidance technical expertise and process improvements that enable informed decision-making and enhance member experience. Were looking for a collaborative leader who thrives on outcomes optimizing efficiencies and fostering innovation.
This is a Full-time Permanent role based at the Surrey Central City office and will report directly to the Senior Manager SWM Advisory Admin.
While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement you will be expected to be on-site as required by business demands.
How Youll Make an Impact:
- Coaching mentoring and developing team members to foster growth engagement and high performance
- Coordinating and monitoring daily operations and service delivery for the SWM Advisory Admin team
- Delivering training advice and technical expertise on administrative processes to team members and licensed staff
- Providing strategic advice and support to the Senior Manager on program plans and priorities
- Identifying opportunities to optimize processes and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and member experience
- Participating in testing and implementation of new or enhanced systems
- Ensuring compliance with established service standards and managing operational risk
- Building a team culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation
- Supporting cross-functional collaboration within Wealth Management and Impact Investing
What Youll Bring to the Team:
- Post-secondary education in business administration finance or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management operations or financial services administration
- At least 2 years of leadership experience managing teams in a service delivery environment
- Strong knowledge of operational risk management and process improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with wealth management systems
- Industry courses such as CSC (Canadian Securities Course) or IFIC is required

What Youll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of$81200 to $122000 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications skills previous experience and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program subject to program eligibility requirements.
