Responsibilities:
The Senior Program Managers will lead and support various Electronic Health Record (EHR) Modernization initiatives including management of activities issues risks and service change requests to ensure successful and on-time deployment.
- Work with internal stakeholders to report project progress
- Work with internal stakeholders for budgeting oversight tracking and reporting
- Define implement and operate the program governance
- Establish/Manage relationships with Ontario Health product owners
- Establish/Manage relationships with Canada Health Infoway
- Engage with Legal authorities to evaluate program responsibilities
- Engage with Privacy authorities to evaluate program responsibilities
- Engage with Security authorities to evaluate program responsibilities
Desired Skills:
- College/University undergraduate degree in Health Computer Science Engineering Business or related discipline from a recognized institution or equivalent experience
- Professional certifications: Project Management Professional; Knowledge and understanding of Project Managements Institutes Project Management Body of Knowledge and/or Lean Six Sigma
- Demonstrated project management software skills and experience e.g. MS Project MS Teams etc.
