DVConnect is seeking an additional experienced Service Delivery Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight across our Response and Accountability service portfolio. This is a pivotal role that ensures services are delivered to the highest standards in line with contractual legislative and best practice requirements.
As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team you will:
- Collaborate closely with the Director Client Services and second Service Delivery Manager to align service delivery with DVConnects strategic priorities and continuous improvement agenda.
- Lead and mentor Team Leaders fostering a culture of professional excellence innovation and trauma-informed practice.
- Manage critical partnerships and referral pathways representing DVConnect at a senior level with funders government agencies and sector collaborators.
- Drive workforce development policy implementation service planning and monitor program outcomes.
- Support data reporting with service delivery knowledge and insight.

Qualification requirement
- A bachelors degree in Social Work Human Services Psychology or relevant field acceptable to DVConnect.
- Certifications and/or extensive demonstrated experience in the areas of crisis/risk management and leadership would be considered valuable.
Position requirements
- It is a genuine requirement for this role to be filled by a woman as permitted under sections 25 104 and 105 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991.
- Minimum three years management experience overseeing a service delivery function with an ability to analyse complex operational data. Experience in virtual service delivery or 24/7 support services is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams oversee complex service delivery systems and drive high-quality trauma-informed practice.
- Proven capacity to manage contractual obligations meet service targets and support program design and innovation in alignment with strategic goals.
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural safety and inclusive leadership with experience working respectfully alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples LGBTIQ communities and people from culturally and linguistically diverse background.
- Knowledge and understanding of the effects causes and dynamics of domestic family and sexual violence and how DFSV relates to gender-based violence.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation including domestic and family violence sexual violence child protection and victims of crime frameworks
- High-level competency in using digital systems for communication reporting and service coordination.
- Valid Australian working rights.
- Hold a valid (P) BlueCard.
- Valid ID.
- The position may involve some out of hours work and on call participation.
Remuneration
- SCHADS Award Level 8 (pay point is dependent on qualifications and level of relevant experience).
